A cigarette card c.1939, probably showing an Edwardian Border Regiment soldier's uniform I reckon?

In memory of
John Bardgett
(15309 L/Cpl.)

11th Border Regiment
Who died 1st July 1916.
Here's an image from the booklet: A Short History of The Border Regiment.
Very striking looking chaps and the same, well very similar too, the cigarette card.

Note the soldiers on your card have "The King's crown" on their helmet plates - hence Edwardian/George V regalia, as dated 1914.
