It certainly is a bit more easy on the eye than the old site

Thanks for the link, Mike

I was at the museum last week.....it seemed very dark!! They are relocating as we speak and I'm looking forward to visiting the new one when the dust has settled.

Oh....they said there is a new book on the Lonsdales in the pipeline but I can't remember when they said when it was coming out, maybe next year.

Fingers crossed .... it's been next year... for a few years now. The new move to Alma Block and the application for funding for that has taken up a lot of their time and attention...

Having been out of the loop for a while I didn't know about the new website but I must say I am very impressed. As Spike says it is much easier on the eyes, navigation is also easier and the general aesthetics work very well indeed.

I, too, will be very much looking forward to the new Lonsdales book when it arrives.
