*Battalion parades in fighting order and marches east, leaving Nesle at 12 noon. They pass through Voyennes to Toulle, arriving there 3.30pm where they remain there for 3 hours. At 6.45pm they continue to march to ground north of Germaine and dig trenches on a 700 yard frontage, facing eastwards.<ref name="wdmar17">[[11th Battalion War Diary, March 1917]]</ref>

*Battalion moves from the sunken road at Ransart at 8.30am to occupy old trenches in the vicinity of Adinfer Wood. 2 Companies in rear and 2 on the right flank.<ref name="wdmar18">[[11th Battalion War Diary, March 1918]]</ref>
