*Zero hour 1.55am. The Lonsdales takes its objectives but two leapfrogging Companies fall back before dawn onto subsidiary objectives, which are held all day until the enemy launches a counter attack at 4.30pm. The Lonsdale then fall back onto the old line.<ref name="wddec17" />
