The file description box includes 'file destination' and 'summary,' which are optional, however, we would prefer that all image uploads are titled appropriately (relating to the image and not just a string of numbers and letters) and that there is at least a brief summary to describe what the image is. This helps when searching the site. The 'licensing' drop-down list is there to ensure that the image you upload comes under at least one of those

This is the option that doesn't involve uploading the images yourself. We recommend you try uploading the images yourself but if that is not your preferred option, emailing the images to the [[User:Borderman|site administrator]] is the next easiest thing. The administrator will assess the images for suitability and upload them on your behalf. You will need to let us know if you are the owner or not and where the images came from so we can include the correct license. Any additional information that best describes the images would be helpful.
