1916 (Tuesday)
- Contay Wood: Battalion in isolation camp (measles) involved in Divisional and Brigade manoeuvres, training and small working parties.[note 1]
1917 (Wednesday)
- Offoy: Battalion drill and training.
1918 (Thursday)
- Berles-au-Bois: Usual company training and sports.
- At midnight the 11th Battalion (Lonsdale) is amalgamated with the 1/5th Border Regiment.[note 2]
- Ten officers and 123 other ranks join the Battalion.
