This is an alternative version Template:Forum-archive-post, which allows for the inclusion of a signature (usually in the forum of a remembrance) underneath the post text, separated by horizontal rule.
Usage:

Don't forget to create the user's template/avatar page, which will be appear in the 'name' field.
