*Page numbers are separated using {{[[Template:dot-spaces|dot-spaces}}]]}}. This is made up of {{[[Template:dot|dot]]}} and {{[[Template:2nbsp|2nbsp]]}} to create two non-breaking spaces either side of a dot.
