 The Battalion remained in reserve billets.

 Two platoons of A Company proceeded to the trenches in support of 6th Gordon Highlanders who attacked the German front line trenches at 9.40pm after the explosion of a mine. The crater was taken but evacuated early on the morning of 10th May.

 Two companies proceeded to the trenches relieving the 6th Bn Gordon Highlanders.

 2nd Lieut R.K. Ehrenborg, 2nd Lieut J. Walker, 2nd Lieut W.N. Beaumont,[1] Lieut A.W. Sutcliffe, 2nd Lieut C. [Ayluce?] 3rd Wilts joined the Battalion with a draft of 30 Other Ranks. The Battalion proceeded to the trenches at 8pm relieving Royal Welch Fusiliers.

 The Battalion was relieved in trenches by 2nd Gordon Highlanders and proceeded to reserve billets at GORRE. Casualties 14/6/15:- 2 killed[2] 7 wounded.

 The Battalion proceed to trenches relieving 2nd Gordon Highlanders.

 In trenches. 2 Lieut K. Sheriff, 3rd West Kents was wounded.[3] Lt. G.R.M. Dove, 2 Lieuts. J. Beckett, W.W. Moser, W.R.M. Woolf,[4] V.H. Lyscombe, R.G. Hannessey, R. Rawlinson,[5] joined the Battalion.

 In trenches. Casualties 2 killed[6] 17 wounded. The Battalion was relieved on the night of 23/6/15 by 1st S. Staff Regt and proceeded to billets at LOCON.

Casualties 27-30/6/15:- 8 killed, 14 wounded.

The Battalion was relieved on the night of 30/6/15 and proceeded to billets at BUSNES arriving at 3am

  5. ↑ 2nd Lieut. Robert Rawlinson. Mentioned in Despatches. Died 25/09/1915. Age: 21. Commemorated on the Loos Memorial. Son of John Baldwin Rawlinson and Theodora W. Rawlinson of Graythwaite Old Hall, Lancashire.
  6. ↑ CWGC records one casualty: R. Greenop (6826 Pte.) Died 22/06/1915. Buried at Longuenesse (St. Omer) Souvenir Cemetery. Husband of Annie Bradley (formerly Greenop) of 7, Beaconsfield St., Chester.
