  2. 2nd Lieut. David Andrew Gillespie. Died 24/01/1917. Age: 29. Buried at Varenne Military Cemetery. Son of William Thomas and Mary Gillespie, of Elmbank, Bowling, Glasgow; husband of Dora E.M. Gillespie, of "Wingfield," Warren Rd., Chingford, Essex.
  3. 2nd Lieut. Percival Drewett Lucas. Died 06/07/1916. Age: 36. 10th Border Regiment (attd. 2nd Border Regiment). Buried at Abbeville Communal Cemetery. Son of Alfred and Jane Lucas; husband of Madeline Lucas, of 92, Brook Green, Hammersmith, London.
