The 4th Border Regiment refers to three individuals battalions of the Territorial Force (Cumberland & Westmorland).
- 1/4th Border Regiment
- 2/4th Border Regiment (home service battalion)
- 3/4th Border Regiment (depot/training battalion)
Roll of Honour
Soldiers Died in the Great War 1914-19: The Border Regiment does not differentiate between the three battalions of the Cumberland and Westmorland Territorial Force. A soldier from the 2/4th Battalion is listed as serving in the 4th Battalion. As a result of this, casualties of the 1/4th, 2/4th and 3/4th Battalions have been combined into one Roll of Honour.
