A limestone Cenotaph with 2 stage base and 4 stage plinth. A bronze laurel wreath hangs over each corner of the pedestal. The cenotaph is surmounted by a bronze serviceman figure. The dedication and names plaques are bronze commemorating the service men and women of the First World War (1914-1918), Second World War (1939-1945) and Korean War (1950-1953). It was sculpted by C.W. Coombes. The unveiling ceremony took place on 1 July 1921, attended by Colonel J.W. Weston, MP.
