Postcards depicting scenes and views of various different locations within the Lake District of Cumberland and Westmorland, home to many soldiers of the Lonsdale Battalion and the Border Regiment. These postcards are produced by Keswick-based British photographer, postcard publisher, and mountaineer George Perry Abraham, born in Devizes, Wiltshire in 1844. It is believed that all images in this category are pre-1947.
