"LONSDALE"

BATTALION OF THE BORDER REGIMENT


Preliminary Training together at Kendal, Carlisle or Workington

Conditions of Service: Age 19 – 35 years

ENLISTMENT – For the duration of the War

PAY – Usual Army Pay an Separation Allowance


SPECIAL RECRUITING OFFICE:

Drill Hall, Edkin Street, Workington


N.B. – Private Persons willing to lodge recruits for a short time, are earnestly requested to communicate with Mr. James McKay, Hon. Secretary, Drill Hall, Workington.
