Lonsdale Battalion events that took place on 8 February.

1916

  • In the F1 sector near Aveluy. The front is very quiet.[1][2]

1917

  • Battalion situated at Lytham Camp near Beaussart. Operations received. Tape on actual ground are re-laid and pegged.[3]

1918

  • Battalion situated in the front line. Everything quiet by daytime. Wiring and working by night.[4]
  • The Lonsdales are complemented by Brigadier General Blacklock, DSO, on improvement in defences.[4]
