1916 (Saturday)

  • Aveluy: In billets involved in fatigue duty for the Royal Engineers. Routine as follows:
    • Seven days in trenches, seven in very close billets as support.
    • Seven days trenches, and then seven in Brigade Reserve, 2 miles back.

1917 (Monday)

  • Puchevillers: Involved in carrying out general training and bombing.

1918 (Tuesday)

  • Battalion situated at Tournehem.
  • Morning: Half an hour's physical training by each company.
  • Afternoon: Companies are at the disposal of Company Commanders.
