1916[edit]

  • In the F1 sector near Aveluy. Day is quiet.[1]

1917[edit]

  • Battalion is relieved by 17th Highland Light Infantry and proceeds to 'Lytham Camp.'[2]

1918[edit]

  • Battalion at 'Caribou Camp' involved training; 'C' and 'D' Companies reorganise their companies into 4 platoons.[3]
  • Lonsdales spend some time bathing.
