1915 (Saturday)
- Battalion Order: C Company will arrive at Carlisle by special train....The Officer Commanding A Company will detail one officer, one ACO and 8 men to meet the Company with the Battalion Transport Cart, and 3 farm carts....The Buglers & Drummers will attend.[1]
- Strength: Privates Ernest Hymes (17418) and Thomas Smith (17419) are posted to E Company.[2]
1916 (Sunday)
- Aveluy: In billets involved in fatigue duty for the Royal Engineers.
1917 (Tuesday)
- Puchevillers: Battalion involved in working parties and general training.
1918 (Wednesday)
- Tournehem: Carrying out battalion and specialist training.
