1915 (Friday)

Events preceding the Lonsdales' arrival in France

• W. Council (13804) of B Company is appointed Corporal.
• J.D. Dougall (13711) of B Company; J. Cook (13736) and B. Gibson (13455) C Company are appointed Lance Sergeant.
• John Stewart (17607) of E Company is discharged due to conduct.

1916 (Saturday)

• Battalion on duty in Millencourt.

1917 (Monday)

• Quesnel: Involved in general parades of inspection and improvement of billets.

1918 (Tuesday)

• Situated at camp near Woesten.
• Companies working again in battle zone and officers reconnoitre in case of attack.
• Specialist training as usual.
