1916 (Monday)

  • Battalion is situated in the F1 sector near Aveluy. The front is very quiet.
  • Casualties: One man is wounded, one with shell shock.

1917 (Wednesday)

  • Battalion is situated at Lytham Camp near Beaussart. Practice parade morning and evening for the coming attack.

1918 (Thursday)

  • Battalion is situated in the front line. The sector quiet.
  • Hot meals arrive at night. Front post shelled.
