1916 (Friday)
- Battalion marches for inspection by General Monro, commanding 1st Army.
- The 14th Brigade and 97th Brigade on parade in marching order.
- The Lonsdales are congratulated by the Army Commander on its smart appearance and steadiness on parade.
- Battalion marches back to billets in Bethune.
1917 (Saturday)
- Coxyde: Two companies involved in working parties during the day; two companies during the night.
1918 (Sunday)
- No war diary event for this day.[note 1]
