• Battalion situated in the Cambrin Sector, front line trenches.
• The Lonsdales have a comparatively quiet day except for a few trench mortars and rifle grenades fired from both sides.

1917

• Battalion situated at Ghyvelde involved in Battalion training in Divisional Attack and rapid consolidation etc.
• Deaths: William Foster Featherstone (23738 Pte.).
