1916 (Tuesday)

• Hénencourt: In the E1 sector. The front very quiet.

1917 (Wednesday)

• Nesle: Working parties on roads and bridges destroyed by the enemy. Craters on cross roads are filled in.

1918 (Thursday)

• Battalion is situated in the line. Day is quiet except for gas bombardment of back areas.
• The men are relieved in the line by the 15th Highland Light Infantry. Completes by 10.30pm.
• March to 'Canal Bank.' Brigade moves into Divisional Reserve.
• Raiders under 2nd Lieut. J.R. McDonald MC, rejoins rest of Battalion.
• Deaths: Sydney Bishopbrigg (19626 Pte.) / Herbert Murray (35349) / Thomas Fletcher Pattinson (19423)
