1915 (Wednesday)

  • Forfeiture of pay for absence: T. Carlyle (13389) / T. Little (15386) / J. Shannon (13386) / T. Gouge (13909) / J. Edmondson (13858)[1]
  • Proficiency pay[a] is awarded to men across all companies of the Battalion.[1][b]

1916 (Friday)

1917 (Saturday)

  • Nesle: Parades and marches to points west of Rouy.
  • Digging strong points; each company digs one of 32 Fire Bays.

1918 (Sunday)

  • Battalion situated in Divisional Reserve along 'Canal Bank.'
  • Church parade in Bosinghe (Boezinge) Church hut.
  • Shelling in vicinity of billets.

Notes

  1. Proficiency pay was an additional payment given to the soldiers if he fulfilled certain conditions applicable to service and qualification. These were rated at 3d and 6d per day.
