1916 (Monday)

  • The Lonsdales are relieved at 2:00pm by the 17th Highland Light Infantry. The relief is carried out successfully; complete by 6:00pm.
  • The Battalion retires to reserve billets at Annequin where 37 other ranks join the Battalion at 6:00pm.
  • Deaths: Frank Bateman (16320 Pte.).

1917 (Tuesday)

  • Battalion marches from Ooste Dunkerque at 9:30am; arrives Bray Dunes at 1:00pm.
