Lonsdale Battalion events that took place on 24 September.

1916

  • Commanding Officer visits the front line trenches at 9:30am.[1]
  • Battalion is relieved by the 17th Highland Light Infantry and proceeds to Le Quesnoy in Reserve. Relief commences at 2pm and completes at 4:30pm.[1]

1917

  • The Lonsdales march from Zuydcoote to La Panne by Sea Route.[2]
