1914

  • General Equipment Indent: 1100 shirts, flannel, silvery grey.[1]

1915

  • Battalion marches to Picquigny; arrives 1:30pm and billets in a sharp frost.[2][3]

1916

  • Battalion situated at Berteaucourt involved in Company parades for inspections.[4]

1917

  • Situation quiet. Battalion is relieved in the left sub-sector by 16th Lancashire Fusiliers; relief complete by 8pm.[5]
  • Battalion moves to Hill Top Farm; in huts by midnight. 1 other rank killed, 2 missing.[5]
