  • Battalion Commanding Officer visits the front line trenches and Company HQ in the Cuinchy Sector during morning.
  • At 7:00pm hostile aerial darts and minenwerfers[a] are fired in the direction of brickstacks searching for Stokes (trench mortar) gun positions.
