Lonsdale Battalion events that took place on 2 November.

1916
- Battalion situated at La Vicgone involved in Brigade Field Day.[1]
- At 2.25pm the Lonsdales takes up a position in artillery formation beyond a wood 2000 yards west of Herissat (near Talmas). Then at 2.30pm advances 3000 meters in a westerly direction. Leading Company 'A' passes through Val de Maison at 3.23pm, shortly followed by B, C & D Companies.[1]
