Lonsdale Battalion events that took place on 30 September.

1914

  • 11 men are recruited at Cummersdale and 3 men at Kirkbride.[1]

1916

  • The Lonsdales have baths in Bethune during the morning; the Commanding Officer visits the billets also during the morning.[2]

1917

  • Battalion finds working parties.[3]
  • 2nd Lieut. D. Walker and three other ranks are wounded, two killed and one dies of wounds.[4]
