• Battalion situated at Puchevillers. Some men involved in sniping and Lewis gun course; remainder parade for Battalion drill under Commanding Officer. Afternoon spent in Company training.

1917

• Battalion moves from 'Wurst Farm' into front line and relieves 17th Highland Light Infantry; relief is quiet and completes at 12 midnight. Casualties 4 other ranks.
